“The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure
in a good novel, must be intolerably stupid.”
— Henry Tilney (in Jane Austen’s Northanger Abbey)
I’ve never considered myself to be a great English literature person (though that was my major in college…which I never finished…maybe someday…but I digress). However, I do love the Bard, 18th and 19th century literature, and all sorts of classic poetry.
So this page is dedicated to my literary geekery – whatever strikes my fancy at the moment, if it has the slightest bit to do with one of my favorite authors (especially Jane Austen or any of the Brontë sisters) or poetry, it will probably make it to this page. Enjoy!
