
My family absolutely loves this crock pot chicken fajitas recipe! It’s so easy to throw together, but there are never any leftovers here, so you may want to add more to suit your family!
Ingredients:
4-6 Chicken Breasts
Fajita Seasoning
2 Bell Peppers — green and red (thinly sliced)
2 Onions (thinly sliced)
Flour and/or Corn Tortillas (we use both)
Toppings:
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Guacamole or Salsa
Place sliced peppers and onions in the bottom of crock pot. Place chicken breasts on top, then sprinkle fajita seasoning on top.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve on warm tortillas with desired toppings.
