
This is an amazingly easy and delicious way to cook a brisket (and even my Texan husband approves of it)!
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. Beef Brisket
1 lg. bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce
Trim fat from brisket, then place in crock pot. Pour bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Cut thin slices along the grain and serve with your choice of side dishes.
(I apologize because it will be torture smelling it cook all day long. Please try not to drool…)
